An award-winning entrepreneur, published author, coach, and mentor, helping people learn how to embrace a decluttered lifestyle and build confidence with simple organizing techniques.
She is the Founder and CEO of ReallyOrganizedNow (RON), an organizing solutions company that offers in-person and virtual services and resources to help people declutter their minds and living spaces.
Rose is an Honouree of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women Award, named Canadian Small Business Woman of the Month, MicroSkills Entrepreneur of the Year and featured on Daytime Toronto, The Diane & You Show, TrueNorth TV, and many other publications. Rose is a popular guest on podcasts and webinars, sharing her insights on decluttering techniques, entrepreneurship, and confidence building.
She continues to elevate herself and her business by continuously learning. As she continues to embrace technology and social media, Rose Co-Founded MomsEmbracingTech, an online network of women in midlife looking to connect, collaborate and build confidence with today's technology and social media advances. She acted as Co-Host and Creative Director of the online platform.

Rose practices many philanthropic values by giving back to her community through volunteerism and mentoring youth and adults.
